Role Description We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team at SBT Uniforms, Chennai. This is a full time, on site position responsible for managing product displays, maintaining inventory levels, and arranging products to maximize sales. The role involves close coordination with suppliers, analyzing sales data, supporting production and sampling activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Merchandiser will also work closely with the design, sales, and marketing teams to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities Coordinate sampling and production to ensure timely delivery and quality control. Collaborate with design and sales teams to manage sales channels and product listings. Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow from concept to customer. Maintain product and fabric data using relevant tools. Qualifications 2 years of general employment experience. Experience in customer service, merchandising, or other sales-related positions preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Strong attention to detail, organizational mindset, and creativity. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the apparel or uniform industry is an added advantage.
