Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development and marketing strategies for our offset printing operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the printing industry, a strong sales background, and proven leadership skills to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage key client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Sales: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and new markets. Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, print brokers, agencies, and corporate buyers. Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine offerings and pricing. Marketing: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email campaigns, and social media. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and message across all channels. Leadership & Coordination: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives and marketing staff.
