Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across targeted segments. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with corporates, SMEs, and channel partners to maximize business opportunities and client retention. Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine product offerings and sales strategies. Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Customize financial solutions based on client requirements. Lead commercial negotiations to close transactions efficiently while ensuring profitability and compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like Credit, Risk, Operations, and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients. Sales Planning and Execution: Prepare and implement a focused business development plan. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit standards. Reporting and MIS: Maintain accurate records of business activities, pipeline status, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Present regular updates to senior management. Brand Representation: Actively participate in industry forums, client meetings, and networking events to represent SBI Factors Ltd and promote brand visibility
Infrastructure Management: Manage, maintain, and optimize Virtual Machines (VMs) for business applications and services. Coordinate with Data Center SPOCs for server-level troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Monitor server performance and ensure uptime as per SLAs. Document Management & Workflow Systems: Administer and support the Document Management System (DMS). Design and implement automated workflow processes to streamline document approvals and improve operational efficiency. Work with business units to gather requirements and enhance workflow features as needed. Microsoft 365 Administration: Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). Manage user provisioning, permissions, and security policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and integrations. Security Monitoring & Coordination: Monitor alerts and incidents from EDR, DLP, PAM, WAF, and SIEM tools. Collaborate with the Data Center security and server teams to ensure incidents are tracked and resolved promptly. Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and standards. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with application owners and business departments to close IT and security observations from audits or operational reviews. Communicate with vendors and external partners for support on infrastructure and application issues. Escalate unresolved issues to senior management and follow through to resolution. Process Improvement & Documentation: Maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and documentation related to infrastructure, workflows, and administration. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure.
