Testing, Handover & Documentation Conduct pre-handover inspections and ensure punch points are resolved. Prepare and submit as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documentation. Train end-users or client IT teams on system operation and basic troubleshooting. Support project closure and handover to service/AMC teams. 5. Technical Support & Maintenance Provide post-installation support and troubleshooting during the defect liability period. Assist the service team with escalations and advanced troubleshooting when required. Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and OEM updates. Key Responsibilities 1. System Design & Integration Design and implement ELV systems including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, and Networking systems . Develop integrated ELV and IT infrastructure solutions , ensuring interoperability and compliance with project and client requirements. Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD (AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory ). Conduct site surveys and prepare as-built drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation . Compliance & Documentation Prepare and maintain design documentation, test reports, compliance checklists, and as-built records . Ensure all systems comply with applicable standards . Maintain accurate documentation for future maintenance and audits. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or IT Engineering (or equivalent). 2–5 years of experience in ELV and IT system design, installation, and commissioning . Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, Structured Cabling, Networking, and Server Room Setup . Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Hands-on experience in preparing BOQs, single-line diagrams, and schematics . Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Preferred Experience / Certifications Experience with Honeywell, Bosch, Siemens, Ravel, or Notifier fire alarm systems . Familiarity with Cisco / HP / Aruba networking solutions . CCNA or equivalent network certification preferred. Exposure to data center and AV system integration projects is an added advantage.
