Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented OPT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding OPT/CPT EAD candidates to build and maintain a strong bench of qualified consultants. This is a night shift role aligned with US business hours and requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of the US job market for international students. Key Responsibilities: Source, identify, and engage OPT/CPT, H1,H4-EAD, L2-EAD, and GC-EAD candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, university outreach). Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and guide them through the hiring process. Build and manage a strong bench of available candidates ready to be marketed. Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interviews, and submissions in the internal database. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to ensure timely placement of consultants. Keep candidates informed of new opportunities and promote them proactively to clients and vendors. Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific onboarding processes. Preferred Candidate Profile: 3 to 6 years of experience in US IT Staffing, specifically in OPT recruitment . Sound knowledge of different US work authorizations and employment types. Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills . A motivated self-starter who can work independently and in a team . Prior experience building relationships with OPT students and university networks is a plus. Familiarity with ATS systems and job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.).
