Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an IT Infrastructure and Security Support Engineer . The role involves managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the security of information systems, and implementing robust network and application security measures. The engineer will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless technology operations across the organization. Skills and Competencies Proficiency in Cybersecurity and Network Security Experience with Information Security and Application Security practices and policies Strong Information Technology skills across infrastructure and end-user environments Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-driven environment Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security support, preferably within manufacturing or energy industries Roles and Responsibilities Oversee outsourced support engineers to ensure uptime and smooth functioning of end-user systems and peripherals Manage and administer user access rights and privileges Maintain and update IT asset inventory Ensure 100% adherence to IT policies, standards, and procedures Provide L1 and L2 support for Fortinet Firewalls, LAN, and SD-WAN networks Coordinate with vendors and partners for SOC, operating systems, and other IT services Verify vendor invoices and maintain audit evidence in line with IT policies Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and validate vendor support agreements
