Job Title: Blue Yonder TMS Functional Consultant Role Overview A Blue Yonder TMS Consultant plays a pivotal role in the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management System for clients across diverse industries. We are seeking experienced functional consultants to join our growing supply chain consulting team, contributing expertise in solution design, configuration, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities 1. System Configuration & Testing Configure and test Blue Yonder TMS modules, interfaces, and integrations as per the approved solution design. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver end-user training on TMS functionalities. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements. Maintain stability, accuracy, and documentation of TMS configurations. 2. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration Communicate project progress, solution design, and changes to stakeholders, including IT teams and business process owners. Collaborate with client teams to validate technical designs and address risks or issues promptly. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2–5 years in the design, implementation, and support of Blue Yonder TMS. Core Expertise: Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS modules, particularly Transportation Manager and Transportation Planner . Technical Skills: Proficient in TMS configuration and deployment. Solid understanding of transportation business processes (tariffs, routing, freight billing, carrier management, system integrations). Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with integration, API, or interface testing between TMS and external systems (ERP, WMS, etc.). Soft Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Other: Willingness to travel as required by project or client needs.
