Key Responsibilities: Partner Management: Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, including recruiting, training, and supporting them. Strategy Development: Creating and implementing channel sales strategies to achieve sales goals and market expansion. Sales Enablement: Providing partners with the necessary resources and training to effectively sell the company's products. Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analysing channel sales performance, identifying trends, and optimizing strategies. Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align channel efforts with overall business objectives. Conflict Resolution: Addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise between the company and its channel partners. Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
