Core Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops. Repair/replace faulty components (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, battery, charging port, etc.). Perform OS installation, formatting, virus removal, and software configuration. Assemble and disassemble laptops safely, ensuring proper handling of sensitive parts. Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools. Provide customer support – explain issues, repair estimates, and preventive measures.
Core Responsibilities Greet and assist customers at the counter, providing product information and recommendations. Handle billing, cash/UPI/card transactions, and maintain accurate records. Manage stock at the counter – ensure timely replenishment and avoid shortages. Prepare daily sales reports and maintain registers (manual or digital). Supervise junior staff/helpers, assign duties, and ensure smooth counter operations. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper product display at the counter. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
