Job Location: Peeragarhi, Delhi Satyakiran Engineers Private Limited is one of the pioneer institutions in Quality Control, who believe in “providing an environment of growth, thus gaining trust and confidence of the customer.” Established in 1990, as an NDT services unit, our company has today diversified into a varied fields of both hard and soft quality. A team of Qualified Engineers from IITs, MBAs, technically sound, trained and skilled personnel provide tailor made solutions to the customers, thus, reducing breakdowns and subsequent Business loss. We are looking for an energetic and experienced marketing manager to lead, develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and generate leads for NDT services and products. Candidates from nearby locations of Peeragarhi, Delhi or willing to relocate themselves to nearby area and IMMEDIATE JOINER will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: (1) Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events) to achieve specific goals. (2) Market Research and Analysis: Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies. (3) Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and potential customers. (4) Lead Generation and Sales Support: Develop strategies to generate leads and support the sales team in closing deals. (5) Industry Event Management: Identify and participate in relevant industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads. (6) Team Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, and customer service) and potentially lead a marketing team. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicate marketing messages to diverse audiences and build relationships. Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans. Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). Analytical Skills: Analyse data and track campaign performance. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the NDT industry, its trends, and competitive landscape. Sales Knowledge: Understanding of the sales process and how marketing can support it. Business Development: Experience in generating leads and driving sales growth. Qualification: Graduate/ MBA in marketing Experience: Minimum 5 year experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the NDT industry will be preferred. Strong network in industry sectors like automotive, Fabrications, metal manufacturing, railways, aerospace is desirable.
