Handle export documentation: Invoices, MSDS, CoA, CoO, BL, etc. Ensure compliance with DG shipping , IMDG , IATA , REACH , GHS norms. Coordinate with DGFT , BIS , customs & regulatory bodies. Liaise with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines & inspection agencies. Manage HS Codes, LC documentation, payment terms & customer communication. Support sales with quotes, documentation & market-specific compliance. 🧩 What We’re Looking For: Strong understanding of international shipping & documentation, especially for chemical exports. Ability to work cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and regulatory teams. Experience in hazardous cargo (DG shipment) handling is a plus.
