Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor based in Kolhapur. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, offering educational guidance, and supporting student development. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with students to discuss their career and educational goals, providing resources and advice to help them achieve their aspirations, and maintaining detailed records of counseling sessions. The counselor will also assist in organizing career-related events and workshops to support student development. Qualifications Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Background in Education Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Experience in counseling or related fields is a plus Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field
