As a Manager in the EY-Parthenon Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team, you will assist clients in developing their investment strategies and evaluating potential transactions. Utilizing EY-Parthenon's proprietary frameworks, you will guide clients on raising, investing, optimizing, and preserving their capital. Your responsibilities will include devising growth and market entry strategies, conducting strategic portfolio reviews, and performing commercial due diligence studies for a diverse client base spanning various industries such as blue-chip corporates, multinational investors, and Private Equity firms. EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) functions as the global client service delivery arm, operating with an extended teaming model across 80 countries to provide seamless services. In this role, you will lead teams in delivering growth, market, and portfolio strategy engagements for corporates, demonstrate expertise in commercial due diligence studies, and drive solutions for complex client challenges. You will contribute to the development of intellectual capital in your industry and assist in building a sector-focused practice across GDS SaT, with a deep understanding of the Industrial/Automotive sector being essential. To excel in this position, you should possess 9-14 years of experience in commercial due diligence, strategy, and operations projects, demonstrate proficiency in databases such as CapIQ and Thomson, and exhibit strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. A master's degree is required, and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and VBA or Python is advantageous.
