About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our woodwork factory. The candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality woodwork across a variety of fixed and loose furniture items, including wardrobes, kitchens, consoles, beds, sofas, wall paneling, and more. Key Responsibilities: Work on the fabrication, assembly, and installation of: Modular wardrobes and kitchens Beds, sofas, and consoles Wall paneling and storage units Other custom-designed fixed and loose furniture Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and designs. Operate woodworking machines, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Ensure precise measurements, cutting, and finishing of wood components. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Repair and refurbish wooden furniture as required. Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project timelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Requirements: Proven experience as a Carpenter in a factory, workshop, or interior projects. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and material specifications. Skilled in polishing, laminating, and assembling furniture. Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry experience in furniture manufacturing or interiors. Knowledge of modular furniture assembly and modern fittings. Experience working with MDF, plywood, veneer, laminates, and hardwoods. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
