To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Special Education or an equivalent qualification, experience in working with children with special educational needs, a strong understanding of inclusive education practices and individualised learning approaches, patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children of varying abilities. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and familiarity with sensory integration techniques, behaviour management strategies, and adaptive learning tools would be advantageous.
