Mandatory Qualification And Experience A post-graduate degree in Management / Social Science Stream / Rural Management/ Sustainability and CSR. Around 1 to 3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role. Demonstrated project management experience, leading initiatives from concept to execution. Strong understanding of the education and skilling landscape, particularly in low-resource settings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Analytical skills to measure and report the impact of social initiatives using relevant metrics. Passion for social responsibility, sustainability, and creating positive change in society.
