Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAS Platform-based applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new applications and system enhancements. - Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SAS Platform. - Experience in SAS Analytics is a good-to-have skill. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
