Job Role: Admin and Facility Executive ResponsibilitiesTo ensure smooth performance of all activities relating to facilities and administration in Sarvatra Primary:Handle physical security compliances such as CCTV, Access Control, UPS and DG.Handle EPBX related work.Maintain logs and reports.Inventory Management.Maintaining Stationery and Housekeeping material.Maintenance of Sarvatra’s building infrastructure.Travel and accommodation booking.Cost control apportioned to Administration.Support in hosting inhouse events.Maintenance of record for Audits.Sundry activities - Coordinate with courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping etc suppliers.Manage Utility bills and payments.Ensuring Safety of Women employees. Secondary:Coordinate with Accounts Department or payments follow up and with HR for new joinees as well as resignees.Manage Asset requirements.Training for security, housekeeping and floor marshalls.
