We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our range of medical and research instruments. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer engagement, and strong sales skills to support existing clients and develop new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: o Identify potential customers in Government medical colleges/ research institutes and Universities and related industries. o Generate leads through field visits, calls, mailing etc. o Understand client requirements and propose suitable products. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. o Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. o Follow up on payment collections and order renewals. Reporting: o Maintain records of sales activity, client meetings, and prospecting efforts. o Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Eligibility for Role: Bachelor’s Degree/12th pass. Tender Mnaagement for govt institutes 1–3 years of sales experience in medical instruments/life sciences and biotechnology and should have knowledge for tender management (fresher’s with strong potential may be considered) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Basic understanding of Science in medical instruments and life sciences/ pharama products (training will be provided)
