Key Responsibilities: • Work as team from conceptual generation to commissioning with highest customer satisfaction • Site commissioning under stringent timeline with professionalism, Safety norms customer satisfaction • Good communication written & oral and interpersonal skills. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical support and contributing to the achievement of project goals. • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and industry trends. Experience Required: • Excellent knowledge of Industrial Automation & Control Engineering. • Stepper motor Servo system Sizing program development, VFD Selection Parametrization • Development, designing & programming for PLC/SCADA/drives/HMI • Hands on experience in identification, selection, integration & programming of PLC hardware, software, including input/output (I/O) modules, communication interfaces, and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) like Mitsubishi / Omron / Siemens PLC HMI. • Hands on Experience in Hydraulic and Pneumatic hardware integration & testing • Hands on experience on sensor selection, panel design engineering development. • Knowledge of Industrial network knowledge (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CC link etc.) • Control system design development, junction box selection, cable selection routing • Familiarity with Panel GA Drawings and Panel Wiring Diagrams. • Knowledge of VFD s, Servos, HMI and wiring • Knowledge of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedures.
