Company Description Sarneshwar Creations is a premium jewellery manufacturing and wholesale company based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. We specialize in crafting high-quality gold and silver jewellery, offering a wide range of designs including hollow chains, Cuban chains, bracelets, rings, and custom-made jewellery. Role Description Job Responsibilities: • Create precise and detailed 3D CAD models of jewellery designs using MatrixGold, Matrix 9, Rhino, or other jewellery CAD software. • Work closely with the design and production team to develop manufacturable, accurate, and aesthetic designs. • Perform basic rendering for internal review and client presentations; advanced rendering skills will be an added advantage. • Ensure designs are optimized for 3D printing, casting, and manufacturing feasibility. • Modify or improve existing designs based on customer feedback and production requirements. • Maintain a proper design database with systematic record-keeping of projects. • Collaborate with team members to explore new concepts and trends in jewellery design. ⸻ Qualifications & Requirements: • Proficiency in MatrixGold, Matrix 9, Rhino, or similar jewellery design software (experience with KeyShot, V-Ray, or Rhino Render preferred). • Basic rendering skills required; advanced rendering (photorealistic output) will be an added advantage. • Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes (casting, stone setting, hollow jewellery, etc.) is preferred. • Minimum 1–2 years of CAD design experience in the jewellery industry is highly desirable. • Freshers with strong design skills and software knowledge are welcome, but will start with a lower salary bracket. • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to balance aesthetic appeal with production feasibility. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. ⸻ Salary & Benefits: • Salary: Negotiable (based on skills and experience; freshers will be offered a lower starting salary). • Opportunity to work on high-end luxury jewellery projects with advanced design systems. • Growth potential within the company with performance-based increments. • Exposure to modern jewellery technologies including 3D printing, rendering, and digital prototyping.
