Preferred candidate profile Minimum 0-2 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within manufacturing, industrial automation, or quality management. Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business processes Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments Strong research and analytical mindset Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Role & responsibilities • Prospect and acquire new enterprise clients in manufacturing, Food/ Beverage, Consumer products, aerospace, life sciences, and other industrial sectors. Sell high-value software solutions, including MES, QMS, and related applications. Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, lead qualification, account management, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline and accurate CRM records. Build consultative relationships with plant managers, quality directors, IT leaders, and executives. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment. Meet sales targets and represent ATS Global at industry events.
