About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Analytics Manager to join our Human Resources team in Mumbai. This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across HR functions, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and a solid background in HR data analysis and dashboard reporting. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits Head to support strategic HR initiatives through data insights. Manage and analyze HR master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leadership and business stakeholders. Provide insights on payroll trends, compensation structures, and workforce analytics. Support SAP and SuccessFactors implementation and optimization projects. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to HR data. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting capabilities. Qualifications & Experience: Masters degree in Human Resource Management or MBA with HR specialization. 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits. Strong hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors (end-user and/or implementation experience preferred). Proven expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. Experience working with HR master data and systems integration. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Advanced Excel and data visualization tools Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
