Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop innovative business process designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Create detailed process documentation and workflow diagrams. - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. - Provide training and support to end-users on new processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS). - Strong understanding of business process design principles. - Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis. - Knowledge of change management principles. - Familiarity with business process modeling tools.
