Key Responsibilities: · Oversee daily stockyard and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling and storage of materials. · Monitor and track inventory movement, ensuring data accuracy in the system. · Manage billing and invoicing related to warehouse activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing. · Coordinate with procurement, finance, logistics, and operations teams for seamless workflows. · Maintain SAP records related to warehouse transactions, inventory balances, and documentation. · Prepare and analyze reports related to stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and billing summaries. · Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. · Assist in audits and support documentation requirements. · Identify opportunities for process improvements in stockyard operations. Qualifications and Skills: · Minimum graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. · Proven experience with SAP (preferably in warehouse management and billing modules. · Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and stock control processes. · Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead process improvements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
