As an experienced SAP Director, you will be responsible for leading our specialized SAP teams in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Gurgaon. Your role will involve providing strategic direction, managing SAP implementations, optimizing system performance, and driving business-aligned innovations in SAP PPQM, SAP Basis, and SAP MM/SM/M modules. You will be tasked with developing and executing SAP module-specific strategies aligned with business objectives, mentoring and managing cross-functional SAP teams, and collaborating with senior leadership to drive SAP transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP landscapes specific to the respective modules to ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization. Your responsibilities will also include implementing best practices for system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning, ensuring compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives. You will serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and external partners, providing regular updates to executive leadership on project progress and system health. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in SAP and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. You should have expertise in SAP-PPQM, SAP-Basis, and SAP-MM/SM/M modules, along with a proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations and migrations. Strong knowledge of SAP security, backup, disaster recovery, and performance tuning methodologies is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Preferred qualifications include SAP module-specific certifications, experience with hyperscalers for SAP workloads, and knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
