Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining the production readiness of production equipment and ensuring their use and maintenance, including overseeing shift operations in the production area - Collaborating with the adjacent areas of paint technology and plant engineering to ensure the availability of facilities - Leading production employees, from organizing daily work locations to planning the utilization of annual employee vacation quotas - Monitoring quality requirements and taking action in case of deviations, in accordance with applicable quality procedures - Daily coordination between shift leaders of the injection molding, painting, and assembly departments in case of quality issues and implementing agreed-upon measures - Ensuring adequate employee deployment and their qualifications - Managing the SAP time management system - Ensuring order and cleanliness in the assigned area of responsibility What we offer: - Interesting and challenging tasks with high personal responsibility - Flexible working hours - Attractive social benefits - Company pension scheme - Good opportunities for further development in a globally growing company Qualifications we are looking for: - Master craftsman / technician training - Industry experience is advantageous - Proficient in labor law, business administration, and safety management - Strong communicator and team player with leadership, methodological, and social skills - Proficient in MS Office and SAP - Class B driver's license - Willingness to work in 3- or 4-shift operations We look forward to receiving your online application.
