Job Description

SAP Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

SAP WM Consultant with 5 to 7 years of exp in Level 1/2 support activity

Consultant must be able to resolve low to medium incident& & Service request in WM domain

Must be able to work in complex environment

Certified consultant will be added advantage

Great excellent communicator both verbal and written

SAP MM consultant having experience with Interfaces

Knowledge on integration with other module is added advantage.

Should have worked in any support projects.

Should have exposed to any ticketing tool/portal.

Knowledge on E-Invoiceing.

Should be good in documenting the known issues/error data base and prepare user manual.

Should be good in understanding issues and solve at his own

Co-ordination with Level 2 & Technical team for issue resolution

Communicate effectively and document solutions as per client requirement

Must have knowledge in WM component related to WM Order-to-Cash cycle with Sales Documents Quotation, Enquiry, Orders, Special orders, Contracts, consignment, Scheduling Agreements Deliveries, Shipments, Transportation and Billing document is advantage..
