You are a skilled and dedicated System Basis Administrator with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Your role involves the administration, optimization, and troubleshooting of SAP NetWeaver ABAP/Java systems and databases. You possess expertise in database management, SAP system administration, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects related to the SAP landscape. Your responsibilities include administering and maintaining SAP Netweaver ABAP and Java systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. You will handle version, support pack, and kernel upgrades of SAP Netweaver ABAP/Java systems and perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP ECC, BI, PI, SCM, and Solution Manager systems. You will manage and optimize Oracle, SAP HANA, and MaxDB databases, including installation, configuration, and regular upkeep. Implementing and managing database replication technologies such as Oracle Data Guard (ODG) and HANA DB replication via log shipping will be part of your tasks. Ensuring proper functioning of database backup and restore procedures and managing full and delta cache refresh of SAP PI systems are also your responsibilities. Your role involves proactively monitoring and fine-tuning SAP systems for peak performance, using tools to monitor the health and performance of SAP Netweaver Java stacks and databases, and troubleshooting system issues related to performance bottlenecks. Administering SAP Transport Management System (TMS), working with SAP Solution Managers ChaRM, Incident, and Problem Management functionalities, managing security settings, handling ALE settings, and developing/debugging applications within the SAP environment are also part of your duties. Collaborating in medium and large-scale projects, providing expert advice, handling the technical aspects of SAP Basis operations, working closely with functional teams, and ensuring smooth project execution and system integration are essential aspects of your role. You should have in-depth knowledge of SAP Netweaver ABAP/Java architecture and components, proficiency in database administration for Oracle, SAP HANA, and MaxDB, experience with SAP version, support pack, and kernel upgrades, troubleshooting SAP ECC and other SAP systems, knowledge of database replication technologies, experience with SAP Transport Management System, hands-on experience with UNIX and Linux operating systems, knowledge of performance tuning, security configurations, and programming skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with SAP certifications in relevant areas. Experience working in large-scale enterprise SAP environments and familiarity with troubleshooting and administration of SAP systems in on-premise and cloud-based environments are preferred skills.,
