SAP Variant Configurator Modeling

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Bangalore, IND and contribute to our mission of Making Possible a Better Future. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess good VC modeling experience and proficiency in IPC in CRM - Ability to configure and write dependency rules for complex configurable materials with cross-functional integration - In-depth understanding of variant configuration product model, including classes, characteristics, configuration profiles, tables, variant pricing, functions, dependency nets, BOM class nodes, preconditions, selection conditions, procedures, and super-bills of material - Knowledge of ECM and handling Knowledge Base updates - Experience in managing production releases of content between SAP environments (ALE) - Previous work on highly complex models - Strong communication skills to collaborate with business subject matter experts and adhere to provided modeling styles and templates - Working knowledge of integration points between SAP modules like material management, Sales and Distribution, and Production Planning - Familiarity with Macro or BI is an added advantage - Experience in training individuals and process documentation is a plus **Qualifications Required:** - Functional Knowledge: Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities - Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers and utilizes this understanding in work tasks - Leadership: Provides informal guidance to new team members without supervisory responsibilities - Problem Solving: Analyzes solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents in straightforward situations - Impact: Ensures quality of own work and team's work; operates within guidelines and policies - Interpersonal Skills: Capable of explaining complex information in simple terms **Additional Information:** - Time Type: Full time - Employee Type: Assignee / Regular - Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time - Relocation Eligible: Yes Join Applied Materials to be a part of a supportive work culture that fosters learning, development, and innovation.
