1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FIORI development. 3. Proficient in SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. 4. Strong knowledge of SAP Gateway, OData services, and ABAP for backend integration. 5. Experience with SAP Web IDE or Eclipse IDE for SAPUI5 development. 6. Understanding of SAP FIORI launchpad configuration and customization. 7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 9. SAP certification is a plus.
