Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of the SAP TSW module, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support12. Customization and Configuration: Configure the SAP TSW module according to business requirements, including settings for product movements, scheduling, inventory management, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD)12. Enhancements and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within SAP TSW, collaborating with stakeholders to implement enhancements and drive efficiencies in supply chain operations12. Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of SAP TSW with other SAP modules and external systems, such as ERP systems, third-party logistics providers, and trading partners, utilizing SAP PI/PO or other middleware solutions12. User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolving issues, troubleshooting system errors, and delivering training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of SAP TSW functionalities12. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP TSW, Skills: Strong knowledge of the SAP TSW module, including design, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules12. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: SAP TSW certification. Domain Experience: Experience in industries such as oil and gas, logistics, or trading. Additional Skills: Excellent communication and advisory skills, ability to present solutions to meet new business requirements, and strong problem-solving abilities12
