Job Description

As a SAP TMS expert at Illumina, your role is crucial in advising on standard SAP solution design and configuration for specific SAP modules. You will collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads, and Value Stream Leads to provide process design recommendations and define end-to-end processes. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying and implementing business process improvements - Evaluating support requests with the global customer solutions and GIS team - Gathering and analyzing requirements to determine the best solution and implement best practices - Providing routine updates to the global team regarding upcoming enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements to the business system - Leading and influencing cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication - Escalating appropriate decision-making requirements or process "choice points" to Global Process Owner and GIS Leads - Demonstrating the ability to articulate perspectives and experiences - Delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelines - Being open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards, and best practices Your qualifications should include: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience - 6-8 years of SAP TMS experience preferred - Around 8 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP supply chain management systems and processes - Experience in implementation of SAP TMS with various deployment options, preferably EWM on S/4 HANA - Strong exposure to SAP TMS, SCT Software Carrier Integration, TMS Integration with SAP EWM, SAP GTS, SAP EHS modules - Proficient experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services) - Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation - Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration with IT leadership experience with SAP TMS projects Additionally, you should possess: - Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred in Computer Science or Information Systems - Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels - Consulting background and SAP TMS certifications are a plus Join Illumina and be part of a team that is making a difference in transforming human health through genomic technology.,
