SAP TM (Transportation Management) Consultant

You are an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant who will be responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating SAP TM solutions to optimize transportation processes, ensure smooth execution of freight operations, and align with business needs. Your key responsibilities include configuring and customizing SAP TM, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, integrating SAP TM with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow, supporting project activities, troubleshooting issues, preparing user documentation, and conducting training sessions. You must have proven experience in SAP TM configuration and implementation, a strong understanding of transportation processes, experience with application design and development methodologies, hands-on experience in system integration, ability to analyze business requirements, and familiarity with project management tools. It would be good to have knowledge of SAP S/4HANA logistics modules, experience with middleware technologies, ABAP debugging skills, understanding of freight contracts and Incoterms, and experience in transportation data analytics and reporting. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, at least 4-8 years of hands-on SAP TM experience, and SAP TM certification would be an advantage.
