SAP TM Consultant

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Technical, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in

  SAP TM development and implementation

  .
• At least 6 years of

  functional experience in logistics applications

  .
• Involvement in

  minimum two full-cycle SAP TM implementations

  .
• Strong understanding of

  supply chain business processes

  and cross-industry planning.
• Experience with

  S/4HANA

  is mandatory.
• SAP TM certification and/or certification in relevant SAP modules is required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the

  Functional SAP TM Consultant

  , responsible for customization, integration, and solution delivery in S/4HANA.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in

  SAP TM S/4HANA end-to-end flows

  (Inbound & Outbound – Road, Rail, Ocean, Air).
• Lead integration of business processes with SAP Master Data and cross-functional modules (EWM, SD, MM).
• Conduct

  business process reviews, gap analysis, and end-to-end process design

  .
• Develop functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, forms).
• Guide development teams in building and deploying solutions.
• Support business users with

  end-user training

  and change management.
• Manage SAP TM project tracks including

  blueprints, testing strategy, cutover plans, and deployment

  .
• Provide expert guidance on

  integration with GTS, BN4L, Dock Appointment Scheduling, Consignment Order Processing, and ASR

  .
• Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and delivery best practices.
• Present solutions effectively to senior leadership with strong communication and executive presence.
