As an experienced SAP Testing Associate Managing Consultant, your role will involve leading testing efforts for SAP-related projects, managing teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within the required timeframes. Your expertise in software testing, test automation, and quality assurance processes for web and mobile applications will be crucial for the success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage testing teams to ensure high-quality deliverables on time. - Develop and execute test plans for manual and automated testing of SAP systems. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align testing strategies with business needs. - Conduct thorough testing on web and mobile applications for full functional and non-functional coverage. - Prepare testing metrics, documentation, and training materials for efficient project delivery. - Communicate test results and updates through walkthroughs and demos to stakeholders. - Provide training on software testing and automation best practices to internal teams and stakeholders. - Utilize SAP Service Marketplace for ticketing and release tracking. - Maintain strong communication and organizational skills while working under pressure. - Ensure testing efforts align with project goals and timelines. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of hands-on software testing experience in complex projects. - 2-4 years of experience in test automation using tools like Tosca, JMeter, or Neoload. - Proven experience in managing testing teams and following quality assurance processes. - Familiarity with SAP systems and practical experience in using SAP Service Marketplace. - Strong understanding of testing metrics, documentation preparation, and user manual creation. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Creative problem-solving ability with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
