Key Responsibilities: Lead TDMS implementations across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, CRM, SRM Configure TDMS scenarios: Time-Based Reduction, Company Code Reduction, Custom Object Selection Ensure data privacy compliance (GDPR, HIPAA) via masking, scrambling, anonymization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable TDMS solutions Optimize performance and troubleshoot ETL/data provisioning issues Document processes and conduct training for internal teams Industry-Specific Impact: Pharma: GxP-compliant test data for clinical, manufacturing, and regulatory systems Consumer Products: Agile test cycles for promotions, launches, and supply chain simulations Manufacturing: MES, PLM, and production planning test data provisioning Required Skills: SAP TDMS, SLT, LSMW, SAP Data Services Custom TDMS enhancements Basic Functional knowledge of FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, QM, PM Strong communication and stakeholder management Speaking Spanish is added advantage
