Job Description

You are a SAP Support Engineer with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. You possess 3-5 years of IT Service Desk or Application Support experience and exhibit strong communication and analytical skills. Your key responsibilities include resolving common process and application issues, user errors, and handling user administration tickets through basic troubleshooting. Additionally, you will provide functional support and assist users with SAP tasks. You are expected to identify and escalate complex problems to L2/L3 support teams and maintain a knowledge base by documenting frequently occurring issues and solutions. It would be advantageous if you have basic knowledge of SAP functional modules like FI, CO, MM, SD, familiarity with SAP transaction codes, strong problem-solving skills for quick issue resolution, and effective communication with end users to ensure clarity and resolution. The hiring process for this position includes screening (HR Round), Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2, and Final HR Round.,
