Job Description

As a Functional Engineer at McCain, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our global Human Resource Management processes through technology. Joining our HR technology portfolio team, you will focus on delivering solutions related to our core system of record, SAP SuccessFactors. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to collaborate effectively with our SuccessFactors Product Owner and internal IT departments, including the integration center of excellence, security, and enterprise data governance. Known for your expertise on the SAP SuccessFactors Platform, you will guide the business towards solutions and drive impactful changes to enhance value realization. Reporting to the Director of our HR technology Portfolio, your key responsibilities will include: - Providing consistent service to configure and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Platform, with a particular emphasis on integration solutions. - Collaborating with the internal SuccessFactors Product Owner to analyze and implement design changes that align with business needs. - Working closely with the HR Shared Services organization, HR Data Governance Owner, and associated teams to deploy and maintain the value of solutions. - Supporting routine release upgrades of the SuccessFactors solution, analyzing universal and opt-in changes to the Platform and Employee Central module, and implementing necessary updates. - Driving test planning and execution of test cycles, as well as partnering with business process owners to ensure user acceptance testing sign-off. - Facilitating handover by documenting design configurations in workbooks and transferring knowledge to relevant support teams in collaboration with the product owner. Key Qualifications & Experiences: For the role, we are seeking a candidate with the following skills and experiences: - Essential expertise in the Learning Management Module (5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting the module with current certification). - Proficiency in either Compensation Management or Recruitment Management modules in addition to Learning Management. - Ideally, familiarity with the new talent intelligence hub, alongside the aforementioned modules, would be a significant advantage. - Certification or experience with additional SuccessFactors LMS modules. Good to have: - Experience in building integrations with SAP BTB. - Knowledge of S4 HANA HR Mini master or SAP ECC Replication. - Experience with HR Data in a manufacturing environment.,
