Job Summary

As a Principal Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. Your expertise in SF ECTimeOffTimeSheet Solution Design & Architecture and Business Process Modelling will drive the success of our projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of innovative solutions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Oversee the configuration and replication processes for P2P and EmpCentrlPayroll ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
Provide expert guidance on SF ECTimeOffTimeSheet leveraging your technical skills to optimize functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process models that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive the integration of SuccessFactors-Employ Central ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across systems.
Analyze and address service desk domain challenges implementing solutions that improve support and service delivery.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in solution design and architecture maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Monitor and evaluate system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and in-office collaboration ensuring productivity and engagement.
Contribute to the companys purpose by designing solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Impact society by developing solutions that streamline processes and improve service delivery across the organization.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SuccessFactors and related technologies applying them to enhance solutions. Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in SF ECTimeOffTimeSheet and Solution Design & Architecture showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
Possess strong skills in ConfigSkill
P2PReplication and EmpCentrlPayroll ensuring seamless data management and integration.
Exhibit proficiency in SuccessFactors-Employ Central contributing to effective system connectivity and user experience.
Showcase experience in Business Process Modelling driving operational efficiency and process optimization.
Have a solid understanding of service desk domain challenges providing solutions that enhance support and service delivery.
Display excellent communication and collaboration skills facilitating effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
