The SNP Consultant Manager role involves: - Experience in designing the Solution for S4 implementation - Designing and validating the proposed solution architecture to support business requirements - Reviewing technical team deliverables for compliance with architecture standards and best practices - Articulating and presenting various perspectives on technologies As a SNP Consultant Manager, you will be responsible for: - Planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using SAP and solution development life cycle best practices - Analyzing business/technical requirements and preparing technical specifications - Setting up, programming, test cycles, creating documentation and training materials, conducting customer trainings - Providing go-live and post go-live support - Demonstrating knowledge of SAP systems, enterprise solutions, products, and new SAP technologies - Proposing improvements of internal tools, creating specifications for functionality improvements, test scenarios, and testing - Implementing projects using standard SNP Transformation software such as Crystal Bridge Transformation - Coordinating migration projects in SAP environments - Designing and implementing technical concepts for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, and S4 migrations at the system and data level Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum of 10 - 15 years of SAP related experience - At least three (3) full lifetime cycle implementations - Knowledge of SAP tools for data volume analysis at both table and system levels - Experience with ECC and S4 (versions of SAP) is a plus - Specialization in any SAP Module, particularly FI or CO modules - Experience in ABAP, development activities, and development support during large implementations - Knowledge of SAP LT or SAP SLO is desirable - Experience in data migration projects including creation of data migration concepts, data validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning - High drive, self-motivation, teamwork, and accountability in task delivery - Bachelor's degree required - SAP Certification in any modules is preferred - Willingness to travel as needed - Strong communication skills Join EY to be part of building a better working world.
