Role Overview
Looking for an SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goal Management) + Compensation consultant with ~3 years of experience to configure, implement, and support the PMGM and Compensation modules. The consultant should have a strong understanding of HR performance management processes, integrate PMGM/Comp with other SuccessFactors modules, provide end-user training, and maintain system documentation.
