Conduct and support webinars related to hiring drives, campus engagements, and candidate awareness sessions. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process. Requirements Graduate or Post Graduate . 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers welcome). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment concepts with eagerness to learn. Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively. Must have their own laptop . Immediate joiners are preferred. The consultant should have a strong understanding of HR performance management processes, integrate PMGM/Comp with other SuccessFactors modules, provide end-user training, and maintain system documentation.
