The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of business processes and will be responsible for driving the definition, optimization, and improvement of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) setups. You will be required to create detailed business requirements documents for EDI implementation based on customer and SAP setup/requests, as well as define preliminary cost/benefit analysis for EDI requests. Additionally, you will work closely with customers" EDI partners, business stakeholders, carriers, logistics providers, and the EDI mapping team. As part of your responsibilities, you will validate that business requirements are met through Unit Testing activities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure that both business and system requirements are fulfilled. Furthermore, you will be tasked with creating, reviewing, and delivering end-user documentation as needed. In case of EDI failures, you will provide production support.
