Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced 
Service Management Functional Consultant
 with strong expertise in 
SAP S/4HANA Service Management (Customer Management)
 and prior exposure to 
SAP CRM Service
. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of end-to-end 
Customer Service
 and 
After-Sales processes
, including service notifications, service orders, contracts, billing, and integration with other SAP modules such as 
FI
 and 
PM
.The role involves designing, configuring, and supporting service management solutions in 
S/4HANA
, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Service Management processes within SAP S/4HANA for Customer Management. 
- Handle customer service notifications for complaints, service requests, and problem tracking. 
- Prioritize and classify notifications to ensure efficient issue resolution. 
- Create and manage service orders for planning, execution, and monitoring of service activities. 
- Track service order status, resources, materials used, and associated costs. 
- Manage inventory and stock movements related to service operations. 
- Plan on-site interventions, including technician and equipment scheduling. 
- Monitor and adjust intervention schedules in real time. 
- Configure and manage service contracts, including SLAs, conditions, and billing terms. 
- Monitor contract compliance and manage renewals and amendments. 
- Manage service billing, including invoice generation based on service activities and parts consumption. 
- Integrate Service Management processes with SAP FI for payment and accounts receivable. 
- Utilize reporting and analytics tools for monitoring service performance and KPIs. 
- Generate customized reports to track SLAs, productivity, and cost performance. 
- Work on integration points between Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules. 
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver functional solutions and enhancements. 
 
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service or SAP S/4HANA Service Management. 
- Strong knowledge of Customer Service processes, including notifications, service orders, and contracts. 
- Experience in service billing and integration with FI and PM modules. 
- Proficiency in configuration and customization within SAP S/4HANA Service Management. 
- Good understanding of master data related to service management (business partners, materials, equipment, etc.). 
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools for service performance monitoring. 
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA environment is mandatory. 
- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Service Management is good to have. 
 
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate  S/4HANA Service Management (preferred). 
- Prior experience with SAP CRM Service or SAP CS Module. 
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
