As a SAP Service Management (SAP SM)/SAP CS Consultant at ITR, your role involves: - Having 5+ years of experience - Demonstrating a strong functional understanding of SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Field Service, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts - Configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and integrating them with other SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS), and Reporting/Analytics (BI) - Working on projects using Accelerated SAP methodology for implementations - Having experience with SAP ECC Customer Service Qualifications required: - 5+ years of experience in SAP Service Management and Customer Service - Strong knowledge of SAP Repair Depot and Service Center Processes - Experience in configuring SAP SM modules and integrating them with other SAP components - Knowledge of Accelerated SAP methodology for implementations - Experience with SAP ECC Customer Service If interested, kindly send your updated resume to kavya@itresonance.com / +91 8925526513.
