SAP Service Management (SAP SM)/SAP CS Consultant

As an expanding team at ITR, we are currently in search of qualified individuals to join us as a SAP Service Management (SAP SM)/SAP CS Consultant. This freelance/contract position requires individuals with at least 5 years of experience in SAP Service Management, particularly in Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Field Service, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring SAP SM modules and ensuring their integration with other SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS), and Reporting/Analytics (BI). Applicants should have prior experience in projects utilizing Accelerated SAP methodology for implementations and must be well-versed in SAP ECC Customer Service. The working hours for this position are from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM (IST) for a duration of 6+ months. Travel is not required for this role.
