Role & responsibilities 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Operations and SAP Basis & Security which covers proficiency in Windows Client, Server & Linux Operating Systems. Good experience on Cloud services like AWS or Azure. Practical knowledge on storage NAS & NAS. Experience on cloud repository tools Git, GitHub and etc.. Core knowledge on Azure Active Directory, Intune, Device management Email Exchange, SSO, APIs & other M365 related services. SAP System Administration: User Management System Risk and Security Management Patch Management Transport management Fiori Apps Skills Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service. Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
