Johnson Controls is looking for SAP SD Senior DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Leading the development and implementation of a DevOps strategy and roadmap, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives Managing and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions Developing and implementing best practices for software development and operations, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of business objectives Implementing and managing DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Designing and implementing automation solutions for infrastructure and application deployment, configuration, and management Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team in troubleshooting and resolving production issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
