Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the SAP implementation team (6 members) across various modules.
Oversee the
end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle
from requirement gathering and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
Develop, customize, and manage
SAP Fiori applications
.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP
implementation and support.
Proven experience in
end-to-end SAP project implementation
.
Strong understanding of
SAP Fiori
design and development.
Experience managing and mentoring teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certification(s) in relevant modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects.
Experience with Agile or Hybrid project methodologies.
